FAQ's

Question 1         How do I pay?
                             You can pay by cash, cheque, bank transfer or paypal.

Question 2         What happens if I break or damage the clubs?   
                              Based on the terms and conditions you will be liable for 
                              payment up to £50.00 maximum per club or £250.00 per set.

Question 3          Where do I pick up my golf equipment?    
                               You can pick up your equipment at Glasgow, Edinburgh or Prestwick Airport.  We also deliver to any hotel or golf course in Ayrshire.

Question 4           What paperwork do I require to collect my equipment?
                                You will require photo ID e.g. passport, drivers licence as well as your email confirmation letter.

Question 5            In the event that my clubs are stolen what will happen?
                               The person who makes the booking is resonsible for the safekeeping of the clubs.  In the event they 
                                are stolen  or damaged   a charge  will be made up to a maximum of £250.00 to the appropriate credit card.
